自己冷却ビール
「キリン一番搾り<生>自己冷却樽 ５L」は、低圧状態下で水が水蒸気に変わる際に熱を奪う原理を利用してビールを冷やします。樽上部のレバーを倒すと、あらかじめ樽の中に封入されている水が水蒸気になって熱を奪い、内部に氷を作ります。冷却反応が始まってから約９０分で飲み頃温度（６～８℃）になり、約１２時間適温を保持します。
開発したのは独Zeo-Tech社 で、 Nürnberg のビール Tucher は2000年からこの自己冷却容器 CoolKeg にビールを詰めて販売しているそうな。
そういえば川崎の某酒屋では、ヒューガルデンの樽生が手に入るが、冷やすのが面倒で… せっかくドイツ生まれのテクノロジーなのだから、欧州のビールがたくさんコイツに詰まって買えれば、なおよいのに。
（いや、一番絞りが嫌いなワケじゃありませんが）
ともあれ、これからのキャンプシーズンにピッタリの製品だが、冷却機構のため重量は約15kg。オートキャンプなら問題ないが、ザックに入れて山を登るにはちとキツイな。
最近山男になった友人に言わせると、沢に入りゃ冷水はいくらでもあるので、冷却機能はいらねぇ、とのこと。問題は重さなので、たぶん粉末製のビールとかあれば（昔10円で売ってた粉ジュースみたいなやつね）こういう輩には売れるんだろうなぁ。
化学は知らんけど、アルコールの粉末化は難しそうな気がするので、味と風味だけ粉末化して、高濃度アルコールを岩清水で割って、粉ビールを入れると、できあがり！ みたいな。
麦とホップっぽい味も、カップラーメンの粉末ソースの多彩さを見ていると、そこそこ出来そうな予感。
水と反応して炭酸っぽい泡を出す粉末も、作れそうな気がするので（俺には無理だけど）、結構いけるかも？
