しまった、maskin に先をこされてしまった。キリンの まろやか酵母。
上面発酵、酵母無濾過、大麦＋小麦麦芽ってことは、欧州の伝統的なヴァイスビールの製法そのものですな。
個人的に日本で一番うまいと思っているヴァイスは「上州森のビール」なのだが、果たしてナショナルブランドがどこまで迫れるか、飲んで試してみなければ…
