最近飲んだ（飲んでる）酒を紹介するシリーズ、第一弾は Kostritzer Schwarzbier ケストリッツアー黒ビール。世界の黒ビールの中でも、個人的には一番好きといっても過言ではない。
旧東ドイツ、ケストリッツ村にある「ケストリッツ・シュバルツビア醸造所」で作られている。1543年創業で、ドイツでも歴史あるビールらしい。焙煎した大麦麦芽で、下面発酵。
ローストの香ばしい、高級なカカオのような香りと味わい。甘味は強くない。深い黒ビールなのに、飲み口は意外とあっさりしていて、どんな料理にもあいそうだ。クリーミーで滑らかな泡が、またうまい。
ラベルによれば、詩人ゲーテも愛飲したビールとか。ゲーテめ、俺と同じ趣味をしているとは、なかなかやるじゃないか。
